Excellent salary, bonus, perks and pension. Project independence and interesting science. Lots of opportunity to contribute, bring ideas in and explore science you find interesting.

Cons

Hard to connect between teams and departments. Very limited onboarding and assistance to get settled in, especially if you come in from outside of industry.
