      Pros

      Is a patient focused company with a priority on R&D. A lot of great people working here.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch with day-to-day. Claim to be a 'Speak Up' culture but actively discourage speaking up. Care more about metrics and scorecards than employees.

      -Great benefits including bonus and stock options -Amazing team that works hard to meet daily goals

      Cons

      As a company who “plays to win” and promotes an open culture, AstraZeneca doesn’t necessarily work with current employees to allow remote work. Nowadays, a lot of tasks and calls can be done at home without having to take an hour commute both ways or having to stay late to finish up something and losing that time you have left in your day to spend with family. A lot of times I feel like I have to choose work over other things that are more important.
