Good strategy, lots of great and competent people, many brilliant scientists, high level of dedication and commitment amongst staff, best performing Biopharmaceutical company in the world

Cons

Too much politics and power gaming, highly demanding work environment with very little respect for work life balance, not open to flexible working arrangements, diversity and inclusion is widely promoted in the company yet not followed by those leading the efforts

Good leadership at the C-Level. Good benefits

Cons

Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers treat employees of color very poorly especially black employees! Most leaders are based in England and have employees working for them based in the US and India. If these employees are black, they are treated extra poorly. Also, managers allow other white members of their team to treat black members on the team very poorly. The white leaders in the US treat blacks and Indians poorly too. Very racist here.
