Not the best pay rates You'll be just a number They often change terms and conditions (not for the better) Quite an ageist organisation in my experience, great if you're young Was taken critically ill with Covid and intubated for a month; after 6 months I was threatened with losing my position despite working through the pandemic as a critical employee
