Pros

The team atmosphere is friendly and collaborative. There is freedom to improve and standardize processes Some roles have exposure and collaboration with international teams. (UK and USA)

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited, especially within the local office. If you want to grow it has to be by looking for a relocation role in the UK, Poland or USA. The lead team is not the best I have ever had, they need to focus more on people development.

-can be a good place but inexperience teamlead ruin it. -some leadership practise nepotism e.g capex which is vry frustrating & time wasting -contract staff will get cut off definitely dont trust them
