Cons

Sometimes HR is biased when it comes to IJPs. HR and team decide on the candidate to fill the role and then circulate internal mail calculation but the same opening will not be available in workday to view. I think this is done only to have a reference number in workday. This isn't proper work ethics.

Pros

Solid pipeline with good growth potential. Leadership does seem to care about speak up culture. Work-Life balance is a concern for leadership and line managers.

Cons

Too many governance decisions and meetings which slow down execution of strategy and submission timelines. Opportunities for growth are very competitive and difficult to actualize personal career goals. The pay scales offered by HR are disappointing to say the least. Pay is less than competitive when compared to same level at other pharmaceutical companies.
