Have worked here full time for a number of years , some great trustworthy staff

Cons

Inexperienced first line managers , multiple changes in head of sales and high turn over of senior leaders , constantly changing the goal posts . Favouritism is rife , job expectations fluctuate drastically , diversity hires are obvious with little regard for experience or team dynamic
