Promises of work life balance, work from home, salary reviews, bonus', development never came through. AZ offer everything and provide nothing.

Cons

Recent cost cutting and outsourcing efforts mean morale is very low, with expectations of further consolidation in the near future. Very few formal development opportunities outside the most senior roles, and a lack of importance placed on Line Manager capability mean you really have to be pushy if you want career progression.
