Pros
Good work-life balance (flexible hours, standard vacation and floating holiday PTO, unlimited sick leave, numerous holidays and weeklong shutdown). Great pipeline. Fun Work culture (happy hours, team building, food trucks, speakers, celebrations)
Cons
Salary is low compared to competitors, but good bonus and long term incentives. Career advancement can be difficult depending on the group/function (i.e. difficult to get promoted even if high performer; typically have to wait for someone to leave a role and apply for the open position). Depending on the group/function, work processes are inefficient and outdated (i.e., there is much room for improvement in ways of working to make things more streamlined and efficient).
