It is a pharmaceutical position that would be acceptable for entry level applicants that would like to gain some industry experience

Cons

The company will be facing continued layoffs in the future due to a weak pipeline, and a weak management team

Pros

The benefit package is adequate. Fellow employees are good. The trainers in the training department are good. I cannot really think of any other positives.

Cons

There are too many things to really list here. Artificial numbers that you are judged on, cheaping out on the cars that the sales force is offered. To name a couple
