Good company, but can use some process improvement

Pros

They respect you. The compensation is quite competitive. Benefits are pretty good too. They strike a decent balance between work, life.

Cons

It would be nice to cut out some of those processes that are not necessary to speed up the decision making to move thing forward.

Pros

There are many there that are trying to make it work in a difficult environment.

Cons

Same as the rest of the industry. Expiring patents with no replacements means doing more with less and the constant threat of additional lay offs. Morale for those left is at an all time low.
