-Great people -Great products -Company VERY well respected by Drs -Good work/life/balance

Cons

-Management always seem to be 1 year behind. Projects are launched before all the etails have been worked out. -Career progression depends solely on your manager. -Bonus structure is a joke - no transparency and always a reason each quarter why it wont be paid out -Metrics are used as the barometer here - no importance placed on value of customer
