There are many good people at AZ hope one of them becomes your manager. If you are good at checking boxes and role playing marketing spew. You'll love it!

Cons

There are too many sales managers that are unqualified to be in the job and more importantly who are only out for themselves - they can careless about your development or sucess.

This is a big pharma company that focuses on quality of life. There is a great deal of focus on delivery.

Cons

Pharma in general is now feeling a pinch in business. Expectations have increased and numbers are being met but the overall quality of the pipeline has not improved much.
