Abusive narcissistic line managers

Pros

Many great coworker experts in all relevant subjects. Overall friendly and collaborative working environment. Good benefit. Good diversified food in Cafeteria.

Cons

Very abusive narcissistic demanding managers, They make sure to let me feel my workload is never heavy enough, my work done is never good enough, and my accomplishment is never mine. Only the bonus and deadline matters to the mangers, not the workers' well being. The worst position I have held regarding mental health. If it were not for the high salary, I would have left. But how much cost it could be if I fall in mentally ill. Maybe I was just super unlucky. But I heard many other coworkers complain about the poor management as well, especially in recent months this year.

Pros

- good benefits - nice office - annual bonus - private medical care - flexible for people with kids

Cons

- Chaotic and disorganised - Overwhelming expectations on employees - Excessive overtime - common practice, leading to burnout - Poor team atmosphere - exhausted team members, they don't have time or knowledge to help you, you are basically on your own - Week management - hides issues, lacks support and guidance - Nepotism In my honest opinion, AZ is a mess. It's like one big chaotic circus in there. Speaking of their expectations – totally out of touch with reality. They pile on the work, expecting miracles from people. Overtime? Yeah, that's practically the norm (also during weekends & holidays), which is seriously exhausting. The team vibe is pretty dismal. People are burnt out and clueless, and the management? They sweep problems under the rug, offering zero support. They paint a nice picture but in the real world, they don't know what they're doing. Discrimination against people who do not speak polish.
