      Pros

      -DISC is an amazing site -good staff facilities -close to hospitals and collaborators -regular working hours

      Cons

      -parking situation is horrendous -not enough office desks (may have to work in the lounge areas if late due to family commitments) -not enough toilets -not enough meeting rooms -bullying culture -micromanaging team leaders -lack of trust in people

      Pros

      Company is generally well regarded in the scientific community which should help pursue other career opportunities when you inevitably want to leave AZ.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical with horrible leadership. Culture and morale have been bad for years and leadership refuses to take accountability let alone make real efforts to improve beyond lip service

      Reasonable pay and financial benefits given.

      Cons

      The in-office policy is prehistoric. Staff treated like immature children with the tracking of attendance and threats of "financial consequences" (bonus) for not achieving the minimum 60% in office targets.
