Pros

Good benefits package, good salary,

Cons

Toxic culture (extremely competitive environment; instances of bullying and favouritism; no real meaning behind the value buzz words of inclusivity, diversity etc.); expectation to work insane amount of overtime for free; no work-life balance for middle management and above;

Pros

Great group of employees work with on a regular basis. Good salary, bonus, benefits.

Cons

Senior leaders are so inflexibly focused on their in-office requirements and where you are located, to the point where they nearly wipe out entire functional areas and either fire or cause to leave even more highly qualified employees if not willing or able to meet these requirements (60% of the time). Policies put in place to limit the company's carbon footprint seem to lead to leadership traveling to conferences and workshops and the majority of those further down the ladder having to limit and/or spend significant time justifying basic business travel and conference attendance, while expending carbon to meet the daily attendance requirements, regardless of the need to be present in the office (which isn't part of their carbon footprint calculations). Direct leadership tries to cushion the blow of some of these policies, but at the end of the day there's only so much that can be done.

Pros

Salary, company vehicle options, stock options, retirement and health benefits.

Cons

It’s a check the box metric fest and the metrics are prioritized over actual selling. So much butt kissing to the point that it’s gross, and that is tolerated and appreciated, which is essentially how you get promoted. You’re incentivized to leave if you want to get a salary bump/promoted.
