      Pros

      Good pay and work life balance. Work with a great team and flexible hours. Some days are long but you can balance your schedule out (next day slower, work from home). Interesting projects as well and impact is visible. Fast paced environment so prepare to pivot when needed.

      Cons

      HR support non existent Difficult to promote - their new structure reduced I, II, III positions for scientists.
