      Very interesting work. Get to meet a lot of good people and learn a lot.

      Cons

      As a commissioning engineer, they virtually never tell you where you're going next. You can be in Louisiana one day and on your way home they tell you to turn around and go to Oregon. Its difficult to have a life outside of work when you can't plan around work

      One can experience good Product based company exposure.

      Cons

      Lack of management behavioral nature.When you are call for one role and for the specific work nature you after selection you will be given the work which won't come in your JD. HR can even dominate you on asking the expectations, Can even doubt your Caliber.No professionalism!!!
