      Pros

      It's an international company so you get the opportunity to apply for the jobs in other countries.

      Cons

      Too decentralised company where decision process is usually very long and cumbersome. There is not much focus on trying to retain the employees.

      Pros

      pay, benefits, clean manufacturing environment you can work 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Most of the employees working 12 hour shifts volunteer so I don't understand other reviews

      Work 3 of 4 Saturdays - 2 mandatory and 1 voluntary hireing process is slow

      Pros

      Pro's depend on the division/organization you work for. There are none to highlight for my area.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, lack of transparency, lack of support, very little training offered, will fire employees to appease mgmt, quick turnover
