      Service Technicians are more than just parts changers.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Decent pay available depending on experience and know how. Freedom to be your own boss with a company vehicle.

      Cons

      Management is made up of all salesman. Any service technician (not parts changer) knows that salesmen have no clue what it's like in the field. Most have no idea what they are selling.

      Very knowledgeable, smart General Manager

      Cons

      Old timers are suffering from serious attitude problems. Feeling that they're untouchables. Getting simple things done is like signing a war treaty. Lack of ownership and EVERYONE seems to practice CYA methodology. Old fashion with endless paper trial. Most biz line managers are a hopeless bunch. Unprofessional, unethical, horrible English speaking and have zero people skill. Company may be more successful with better leaders...

      ACC was loacted in a small town.It's not easy for the people comes from big cities.

      Cons

      Engineers and managerment in Comptec seems to be too conservative.They are really afraid of making decisions even it's their responsibilities.
