      B. Braun was the best company to me to develop my discipline and consistency abilities. With the human resource department (The best I've known), the learning curve was almost imperceptible. They train you and prepare you to be the best professional you can be. They not wait for you to grow, they help you grow.

      Cons

      Because it is a corporation, it has many processes and procedures, so the new implementations and proposals go through a long bureaucracy process to be implemented/approve.

      Lots of room for growth once you're in, as long as you know how to smile and interact with people properly. 3-4-4-3 schedule, depending on your department.
