      Lots of learning opportunities from people who have been in the industry for a long time

      Cons

      Company culture is terrible. Director will literally tell at you and others any chance they get. Everyone throws everyone else under the bus and no one takes responsibility. No accountability so nothing ever gets done. Utilizes such old technology that is outdated and far behind industry standard

      Pros

      To gain small company experience and wear multiple hats will give you a lot of exposure in a short time. They have a lean business model and strives to produce quality products.

      Cons

      Everything else! This is a Caucasian male dominated company, at least US Operations are with little room for women in leadership. Diversity and inclusion is lacking within salaried positions. People development is poor. High employee turn over at all US sites. Lack of systems to manage day to day work resulting in manual labor intensive duties (data entry) among salaraied employees and reduction in productivity and efficiency.
