bully mentality from snr managers. No room for creativity. Poor understanding of market and customers so budgets are too high

steady growth company, good colleagues (non-management level).

Cons

bias treatment (management well benefited, non-management employee being neglected). close-door management (not being transparency). disconnection of communication between employee with management. most of the info being filter by management.

Pros

Great people. Overall most of the people at the company are really good and knowledgable. They are willing to work together to accomplish tasks.

Cons

Pay scale is weak. Upward mobility is very limited. Everything needs to be approved by everyone, so it takes a long time to accomplish tasks. Management is not open with information. Upper level VP's and above are out of touch and therefore any business plan makes sense as long as you can justify numbers.
