1. Weekend, holiday have to work, gain replacement leave but hard to take on your prefer day, because have some uncooperative team members.
2. Force us do irrelevant job, a push job superior.
3. Unfair job distribution, workload not balance.
4. Lazy and irresponsible employees no get anything punishments, because is the boss preference employee. BIAS!
5. No team work (very serious)
6. Push job environment.
7. Team mate indifferent, and childish!
8. Low increment of salary
9. Hard to get promotion, or change team.
10. User directly complaint to superior, superior no check the process, the wrong one always is you, although you doing right and follow SOP. The boss will direct question you!
11. No rules, the team mate can do what as they like, they just have to play some pattern and always not follow SOP then spoiled the team.
12. Not helpful Team mate, because spoiled by the boss!
13. Any major incident happen, Level 2 not the person come out provide solution to solved for major, you as Level 1 have to solved all the same issue for thousand computer repeating the same work. Work like a robot.
14. Certain of time, level 2 create the problem but never think the consequence that will impact level 1 work load.
15. The boss is very BIAS!

The boss will look you down and wont provide any help for you if you face problem, the boss will side user more than you even you and the boss is same team, all the things happen he only blame on you and ask you bear the responsible, even you are the correct one, even you have all the evidence with black and white.
17. The boss is coward, anything you want raise up to management, he will put your name on but wont using his own name.
18. You work hard for the career get good performance, the boss only will used you until no limited and won't appreciate. But wont get any career advancement or promotion. All the tough job will assign to you to handle alone, because you are "Good Performance", however the "Low performance" get same bonus get same increment percentage as you. because you are "Team", and the "Low performance" always wont get any extra job assignment.
