Good pay, great benefits, possibilities to move up fairly quickly if you do your job.

Cons

Some departments have horrible supervisor/leads. Favoritism seen everywhere, mostly by multiple supervisor with regular employee relationships.

It gets you really great experience for your resume. My coworkers were pretty great too.

Cons

Everything is done through paper and they do not give you company emails, so important announcements are spread through word of mouth. They also have a habit of firing everybody who put in their two weeks. In three weeks, five people just got fired, including a pharmacist. They also just fired someone who was supposed to have a surgery paid for by workers comp, TWO WORK DAYS BEFORE HER SURGERY. This place is sketchy as hell. Run. There are no cameras in the building so literally people will hide in their cars instead of working.
