      This is a wonderful company with excellent products which are world class. The best MNC to have excellent range, Most of the customers wish to use this company products and you will get a good respect in the market if you work for this products

      Cons

      Bunch of Jokers are there who run the company as their family business. They are sitting glued to the chairs just to take the salary, No employee understanding prog or HR inititatives are there. Just fire and mostly work on narrow ideas of Pocket sales ( One KOL and give him all to get business) rather making a move to promote in India
