Employee oriented company Loyalty will be rewarded Very Ethical business environment Very stable business with steady growth. High product’s quality. Big company with small company culture No hire fire culture.

Cons

Not Performance oriented when it comes to employee promotions. Salaries are slightly less than comparable companies. No future oriented employee plan Company long term strategy and vision is not clear No new business growth through new products.
