      Poor leadership at all levels especially the senior level. Reluctant to change. Old machines and processes make process enhancements near impossible. Low pay compared to other med device competitors . High turnover rate in several departments

      Political and autocratic - very few people dare challenge bosses. Big company, trying to move quickly but little support and resources (especially IT system very slow in changing. Very process orientated.
