      Old School Mentality, but Genuine People

      People are generally kind and willing to help I have heard from many that the job security is good The have good benefits for the area, $300 gym reimbursement, dental insurance, health insurance, 401k, $5,250 tuition reimbursement

      A lot of red tape "Thats how we've always done it" mentality Not a lot of employees <30

      Pros

      Majority of the work is done by machine. Facility is clean.

      Cons

      Communication is awful and often one-sided. Too many people seem bothered that they have to do anything, or even that you so much as asked a question. Passive aggressive approach to conflict resolution. Disgusting amount of gossip. “Training” consists of minimum job information and maximum trashing of coworkers. Mind numbing and not for people who enjoy an active job.
