1. Management has no concrete vision 2. They do not consider any Practical situation. 3. Employee retention is very poor due to Harmful Management approach. 4. Too much strategy diversions 5. Do not encourage In House promotion or better recognition of Long serving employees.

The people are nice on a personal basis. The general atmosphere is low pressure because base business is sustaining rather than improving.

Cons

There have been many reorganizations, each worse than the last. This site might have crossed a point of no return for the foreseeable future.
