      Pros

      There is plenty room for advancement and they like to promote from within. Health insurance benefits are fantastic. 15 paid days of vacation a year to start.

      Cons

      Base salary is not all that good in any position. They do hold on to poor employees and let great employees walk right out of the door

      Pros

      Overall I think this is a good company to work for. I think they offer a lot of perks and incentives and treat their employees with care. They are also doing well right now and are growing.

      Cons

      This is a very conservative company, so they are really slow to make changes/improvements and are not always the most efficient.

      Great line of products and much needed in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Salaries are boarder-line competitive. Work environment is friendly, but don't count on anyone to watch your back. Corporate management and oversight of operations is intense, unyielding, non-appreciative, and does not create a comfortable work environment.
