Little to no formal training available to operators. 6 - 7 day a week work schedule.

There are a lot of challenges because making IV bags is a commodity business with low margins. Therefore spending is limited. However they spend what is needed to stay in compliance and competitive

You will only be promoted or receive a significant pay raise if you threaten to leave the company, They believe that most people do not want to go through the effort of changing companies so that can be frugal with promotions and salaries
