      Pros

      Great salary and benefits. Great company for you if you are sociable and an extrovert willing to mingle with higher ups.

      Cons

      Can't stress enough about politics, everything surround around the nature of connections with bosses and colleagues. If you are noticed by the bosses and gained attention you could easily climb the ladder. Basically your work life will be integrated in your personal life and minimal leadership support. Leaders will expect you to know A-Z as you are titled "global graduate" and should be learning and picking up skills on your own.

      Pros

      Very beautiful and comfortable new office close to the center of Kiev. Staff is nice to you. After online tests and phone screening I had my first face-to-face interview with a HR BP Manager. Interview didn't seem too hard, at least at this stage.

      Didn't really notice any Cons yet, as I am in the middle of the process.
