      - a truly global organization where you'll work with partners from all over the world - international training opportunities, 24/7 access to e-learning, hands-on practical exposure - senior management is supportive and offers strong mentorship - a lot of projects and daily activities to get involved in

      - multi-layered organization and getting all approvals takes a while - some functions are very competitive & intense (need some additional mental & emotional resources to keep up)

      Pros

      Very beautiful and comfortable new office close to the center of Kiev. Staff is nice to you. After online tests and phone screening I had my first face-to-face interview with a HR BP Manager. Interview didn't seem too hard, at least at this stage.

      Didn't really notice any Cons yet, as I am in the middle of the process.
