Pros
BAT is a very good company, looks after its employees, offers all kinds of benefits, rewards (not very big, but still). People are friendly. The corporate culture is the same everywhere but I would say here people won't stab you in the back. Nice facilities. Salary increase is every year (I would however name it inflation adjustment, as it is insignificant, like a few percent)
Cons
Salary not very attractive. For quite some time cost reduction is number 1 priority. But the rest of the cons I'd say are like every other company's. Depending on the type of work and of your manager you will feel happy or miserable.
