Pros

Unique culture given the company does not have a home market and is a very diverse conglomerate. Really serious about talent agenda. Usually promotions and IAs are much earlier in your career vs other companies. Mostly great management. Open, approachable.

Cons

Bureaucracy and decision making is suuuuper slow. Alignment to align on alignment session before we align our bosses to align on the aligned solution. Death through Powerpoint.
