1. Had the opportunity to extend my role from Intern > Contract > Permanent role 2. Supportive colleagues and exposed to global best practices 3. Salary and benefits package is competitive 4. Alot of activity outside work to participate voluntarily

Cons

1. Management tend to hire based on 1 race. Favoritism is quite obvious in HR dept based on my own experience 2. Worklife balance can be demanding 3. Team lead tend to personal message on work update after working hours
