Transportation benefit, a plethora of marketing knowledge learnt. Supportive superior and colleague enable new employee to catch up with the role of job just in a short period of time

Cons

Sometimes multitasking job cause to the staff to lose direction in priority. Career enhancement seems to be quite slow as the annual score card for each employee seems to be averagely similar.
