Employees are encouraged to take responsibilities, encouraged to develop their skills, open management style where views of employees on matters affecting company or improvements to processes are positively received. Opportunities to move across functions and geographies and above all an excellent paymaster!
Cons
Should enforce a policy of mandatory maximum period in any given management role, especially when excellent performance level has reached.
