Solid on-going training. Transparency of the management on the market and sales strategies being implemented by the company. Great Remuneration and bonus incentives available.

Cons

It may become harder to change job to a different industry in the future especially since many companies from industries such as renewable energy and healthcare have prejudice against hiring employees from tobacco industry.
