Decent salary with good benefits (unlike the monthly wage the benefits are considerably above average), a lot of growth opportunities as it is a large company.

Cons

Lack of inspiring leaders, job roles are too specific and rigid what makes them feel repetitive quite soon, working overtime happens too often and sometimes you do not get paid for it
