Pros
My best reason for me working at British American Tobacco Company are. 1) It helps me to gain much experience in mechanical and operational field. 2) It serve as an opportunity for me work in a multinational company. 3) They don't safety with levity hand.
Cons
Some of the downside for me to be working British American Tobacco are. There is no good motivation for the workers especially we @ the production department but rather be motivating the managers.
