One of the biggest company to work in Islamabad city. Great office.

Cons

Nepotism is the definition of BAT/PTC Culture in Pakistan. All employees are either son/daughter of forces, government servants , politicians or ex-employees. Bureaucracy can be defined as simple in this example, a person has to travel from another city to move a file or document between two tables have 15 feet distance because it's not the job of both table owners to move a document. Corruption is embedded in some KEY departments like getting extended favors from vendors as well as distributors. If you are a very good at only buttering your bosses then it's the right place for you .
