learning opportunities, lot of resources, goal oriented style of work, discipline, team work culture

Cons

work life balance is poor. Current restructuring brings a lot of ambiguity and unfairness. After passing some time one starts thinking about the morale side of the business

In BAT Pars they always ask you to do better without giving enough resources and authority to you senior managers does not think strategically , they more interested in thier annual targets than real progress !! Wrong decisions in higher positions make a lot of pressure to middle class employees
