Abit of flexibility, some nice bosses, casual environment and of course the name ‘BAT’ that wows everyone all the time.

Cons

Policits! Favouritisme! Management doesnt approach you for promotion but you shoud nominate yourself 😏 maybe you should start recognising own employee for their work rather than choosing your partner in crime
