      Good start to learn about corporate structure

      Pros

      You can approach anyone in the office and ask them to expalin their task or job which might be very helpful if you want to know how the company functions

      Cons

      Lack of responsibilities for interns. As an intern in BAT you are neither involved in the projects and daily activities. Besides, you are not allowed to attend meetings or have a say. As a result you cannot learn a lot and have to do most of the supportive stuff like making presentations for junior managers.

      Career track and progress, dynamic and energized environment, international colleagues. Generally they offer attractive packages versus other companies in the FMCG industry.

      Cons

      High necessity to network in order to progress, must be outgoing, otherwise the experience will not be good, you will need to deliver more than what is expected in a constant base.
