- Restaurant, facilities and rooftop (if you are based in London) - Career change possibilities - Best people around - Benefits and bonus - Work with people from all around the World

Cons

- Could be less formal (like casual Fridays) and improve some of the processes to speed up simple tasks - Hard to understand how to make everything works in the beginning. Simple things like having your desk phone ready or access to the network folders can take a while.
