      Pros

      A highly advanced trade marketing company. You would learn a lot about marketing, sales and distribution. Some of the best perks and benefits in the industry for a job of the same level (car with chauffeur, company provided apartment, excellent bonus and profit sharing packages).

      Cons

      Definitely there's the guilt of working for a tobacco company. Some company cultures can be utterly disgusting.

      Development possibilities for the ones willing to get to know different areas of marketing, you work with a challenging category and need to be creative in execution, you learn a lot on the job, fantastic people, very good pay.

      Cons

      Strategic direction changes a lot, very long working hours, a lot of politics, high rotation of people means discussions go in circles a lot.
