      Good salary and bonus structure, some absolutely amazing people and a very interesting industry. Make connections as they will stand to you

      IT function has been on a complete cost cutting journey to the detriment of the service they can provide to the business. Headcount and promotion freeze in place as well as a travel ban for IT. CIO in role for a long time and the company is losing its best IT resources as a result of the current IT cost cutting strategy. Most people are now just there as they are hanging on for a redundancy-not a good environment. Rest of the business still has an International Assignment policy but IT want you to localise in lower cost markets without an international package (Malaysia, Indonesia)
