      The management spends a lot on T&E, cares about employee wellbeing, cheerful office, allowances- phone, dental, optical, medical, pregnancy mother parking space, nursing room, free flow of drinks & cookies for your productivity , ESOS (note: benefit offered depends on ranking & location). High chances for secondment opportunity locally and oversea. Lots of opportunity to switch jobs and roles and able to learn from each dept perspectives (not just applicable to Mgmt trainee)

      Cons

      No free cigarettes (ahem*) as most of them thinks we do get it. We need to buy in-store too😅. Training lacking, mostly on job training, there's potential knowledge loss when people leaves. Centralized ways of working
